I've been going through a lot of the success stories lately and this afternoon they had me in tears. I want to comment on all of them, but don't want to bump every one of them. I am sooo very proud and encouraged by all of you that have lost weight! The tears aren't of sadness but of overwhelming positive emotion. The determination, will power, and persistence you all have shown to reach your goals through adversity and challenges is inspiring. The courage you have shown to change your lives and your habits is amazing. All along you've used ingenuity to face challenges and road blocks in your way. Thank you so much for being an inspiration and guide for those of us that are starting the journey or on the path! I truly hope that all of you are able to maintain this wonderful success you have accomplished.
