I think the last time I saw 145 was when I was 11. I remember the doctor asking me how much I weighed and I told her 145. She thought I looked like I weighed a lot less and actually weighed me. she was surprised. I tend to hold my weight well for my frame.
My ultimate secret goal is 130 but I don't want to set myself up to feel like I failed if I never get there. Try not to stress too much about your goal weight. I suggest setting your goal to something you feel is obtainable then adjusting when you get there
