Thanks for the welcome everyone!
Diana - maybe I should give the turbo jam another shot. It has been a couple years since I tried it, and I am way more fit now. But the first time it was just way too much for me!
I ended up going a 30 min Leslie video last night, but skipped my work out today - lol - tried to sleep in; if you can call 5:30 sleeping in.
B- english muffin with 2 low fat hot dogs (weird I know); coffee with cream
S- banana, hard boiled egg; more coffee w/ cream
L- homemade low calorie shepard's pie on top of some salad mix
S- 2 cookies, little bit of trail mix and 1/2 bag baked cheetos (was feeling snacky and a friend had to have me try these cookies from NZ)
D- going out with a friend, mexician deli - not idea on calories
Total without dinner: 1067 calories - higher then I want to be, but it's okay
Drinking lots of water today. And probably no exercise.

Howdy. Just found this thread. Here's my plan for the day:
coffee
2 c milk 244 cal
Cream Wheat b-fast 369 cal
(cereal, 1 c almond milk, 1 c frozen blueberries, 1 tblsp margarine)
Chicken Boudine 419 cal
Black beans/salsa 211 cal
1 tortilla 130 cal
TOTAL
1373 cal
Depending on how I feel, I may have an apple, a pear, some SF pudding, or maybe a frosty. Or none of the above...
I exercised yesterday on my "day off" so today is supposed to be my day off instead, but I have a meeting a few blocks away, so I may just walk to/from that this evening. I have a bulging disc, so I usually ride a bicycle for exercise, but some days my back feels well enough and I go for a short walk instead. My friends all worry about riding a bike in the dark, so I should walk if I don't drive, I guess. We shall see. I always feel like I should exercise 7 days a week since each sessi0on is not very long.

Breakfast
2 blueberry nutrigrain waffles
1 tsp light veggie oil "butter"
1 tbsp low cal syrup
1 cup 1% milk
Snack AM
small cup of coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar
Lunch
2 oz beef brisket
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 serving mashed potatoes and gravy from KFC
1 serving maceroni and cheese from KFC
H2O
Snack PM
FiberOne bar
1/2 gala apple
H2O
Dinner
1 grilled beef taco salad w/ sour cream, tomatoes, and salsa (no beans, cheese, or shell)
small serving chips and salsa
H2O

Not the healthiest but it was a "food day" at work and I decided to have some in moderation. Also, I'm having a girl's night tomorrow night so I'm just going to try and limit the cocktails and eat something green/grilled. I really need a loss on Monday so we'll see how it goes!

Hi Everyone! TGIF! Woo Hoo! Enjoy your weekend, we worked hard for it.
Don't forget it's time to "Spring Forward" Adjust your clocks this weekend, if this applies to you.
Barb Hi & Welcome! Glad to have you join in.
sotypical Turbo Jam does have a learning curve. Do you have the Basic Set that has Learn and Burn? That's probably the best place to start. I didn't do that. I just jumped right in and kept at it until I learned it. I thought it was fun so learning it wasn't so bad.
Mama Are you still using your Wii?
Fashin Yes, moderation is the key. Try to stay focused this weekend. Don't forget about the weigh in.
Lauren Hey it always 5 o'clock somewhere! Good reason to celebrate! Enjoy your weekend.
Paja My favorite Leslie 2 Mile is her Walk Away Your Hips and Thighs, and my favorite 3 Mile is her Walk Your Belly Flat.

Diana, I am still using my Wii. I've had some distractions this week so didn't get to use it as much as I would have liked, but I still managed to get exercise of some sort in every day but one. Today I did 50 minutes before work and am planning on doing some more before bed.
48+ ounces water
50 minutes Wii Just Dance Plus 30 more minutes before bed
20 minute walk
Breakfast:
Chicken Salad Sandwich (on Whole wheat Orowheat Sandwich Thins)
Lunch:
WW meal
slice of "diet pop" cake
Dinner:
Boiled Shrip (about 1/2 pound)
2 slices of "diet pop" cake (sooo good - not the healthiest choice for dinner though)
Light & Fit Yogurt

Weekends are the worst for me. But I still don't have a plan. But at least I am posting! I am sipping some coffee and was thinking some spaghetti w/ turkey meatballs for dinner but now the boyfriend is waving around pizza flyers. It's only 7:30am so we got lots of time to figure it out. I am hoping to do get in a work-out dvd but I also need to clean my fish tank - so there might have to be a trade off there. Mind you moveing around 40 ish gallons of water is a fair workout, lol.

Go online and check out the calories for the pizza. You can work it into your plan. Good luck!

Foods (Total approx 1440 Calories) * Note: I looked the calories up for my dinner at the Church's Fried Chicken Website as well as Daily Plate. The calories look off. The biscuit seemed to be less than 240 but the rice and potatoes seemed like they should be more calories. If these calories are correct, I have room to eat more. I have decided not to eat more because I am full and with the fact that I think the calories are off. I have thought about this and I am trying to make a good call on this one.
Breakfast: Egg McDiana (350 calories)
Coffee w/cream & sugar
4 ounces juice 55 calories
1 Egg 70 Calories
1/4 cup Egg whites 30 calories
1 piece bacon 45 calories
1 Slice 2% American cheese 50 calories
1 English Muffin 100 calories
Lunch (250 Calories)
Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap, no sauce 250 calories *I previously looked this item up on Daily Plate and it said 190 calories. Today I decided to look at the McDonalds website and it said 250, so I guess I will go with that from now on.
Dinner (840 Calories)
2 Fried Chicken Breast 400 Calories
Mashed Potatoes & Gravy 70 calories
Cajun rice 130 Calories
Honey butter Biscuit 240 Calories
Exercise:
No Exercise, today is my day off.
