hey, everyone! I have been with 3fc for a long time, but have stayed mainly within the buddy-up section. Maybe this is where I should be instead of there. I am really looking for support and motivation.
I am 21 years old, about 5'5", and I weigh 240lbs. I have been to weight watchers before... and I lost 35 lbs. But life happened and I stopped paying attention the way I should, and I gained it all back. My life is fast, and most of the time it is so easy to just stop and get something to eat. But I'm needing to take time for myself to actually make something health and to find time for the gym. I am a full-time college student, I work at a radiology office as a precertification specialist and 24-27 hours per week, and next month I will also become a Partylite Consultant, which I'm pretty excited about. Maybe if I keep myself busy, I won't think about eating so much.
I have two very important motivations right now. First of all, I may have an opportunity to go on a 7-day cruise in may through PartLite if I qualify through sales, and inJuly, my best friend of 8 years is getting married and I want to look good in my dress. Actually, one thing that has helped has been to pin up pictures of him and myself to remind me what my goals are. It seems to be working well for now.
