I'm a newbie who need support . I've been on and off diets for about 2 years losing a total of 50 lbs.
My goal is to lose another 20 lbs but I'm struggling. It's getting so hard for me to make wise choices. I've lost my drive and I'm having a hard time getting it back. A friend suggested stop dieting for a few day to give my mind a mental break. That sounds good but I'm scared it'll take months for me to get back on track. I would love to have a support group that we can talk about daily problems or make suggestion anything to keep everyone motivated. Do anyone have any suggestion?
