A few days ago I was frustrated about gaining instead of losing (I'm in my third week now). Well, I don't know if it's because I bumped up my calories a little or just that I needed to be patient but I'm now back down to where I was at my 2 week weigh-in! Seeing that number again made me feel so motivated.
AND I ran today at the gym. It wasn't much (I ran during the chorus of the songs I was listening to) but it's a start. When I lost the weight last time, I really noticed a difference in my body when I started running.
So, yay me!
