Default Everyone Weigh in 02/12/10
It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 193.5, down a pound and a half from last week. Finally, I get to change my official weight tracker, and in the right direction too! No big changes in my routine forseeable for a while, either. Maybe I'll be getting out of the 190's again!

226.2 this morning! Though I feel guilty beause I was suppose to go to the gym today, but I am making it up by going tomorrow and Sunday. GO TEAM! (lol)

I cannot wait to get to my first mini-goal of 210!
