I am reading "Strong Women Stay Slim" by Miriam Nelson and I think it's VERY interesting and helpful. It has informaiton on strength training as well as eating, etc. I haven't started doing the exercises yet, but they seem "do-able" for me! She has another book, Strong Women Stay Young, with I have but haven't started reading. It's more on how strength training helps anti-aging. If the library has them, they're worth a look
