Red face Trying to get back on the wagon!

I was around here and posting a little over a year ago and really appreciated the support I got while here! Of course, after failing a mini-goal and taking a break to go on a holiday to Italy in November 2008 (pasta...pizza...so, so good but not so good), life has basically gotten in the way.

I know it's an excuse so I'm trying to rectify it. For a couple of months now I've been on and off, trying to keep to a schedule but failing. I bought a Wii fit to encourage myself to get back into it, and currently am combining that with a Hip Hop Abs workout, as well as walking to work 2 days a week - 40 minute round trip.

Basically, just a little encouragement, something to say it's worth it! I find it so disheartening when I don't see anything happening!

You can do this. Life DOES get in the way, but that is no excuse... What it comes down to is putting it mind over matter and determining what is more important - the taste of something now, or the results you will see later if you say no. I wish you the best of luck and I look forward to seeing your progress.

Thank you very much! I think food is probably my biggest problem, that and finding exercise that I enjoy enough to stick with... or making myself stick with it regardless!
