WEEEEEE! I'm back. But just from work

. My server from home hasn't updated yet. I'll try to catch up at lunch time. Saturday was great, yesterday wasn't so great. So today I'm working hard to be back on track.

Good morning all
Hope all of you had a good weekend.
I was off Sat. so DH and I went in and saw Blood Work with Clint Eastwood. It was a good movie. We then went out to eat and to the mall. I bought a new pant suit and a skirt.

Tina: I'll let you know. I would love to get back up to Memphis soon. What did you think of the race?

Well girls I expect to see lots of posts when I check back in tonight. I am going to a potluck with my son tonight. He is a member of the Sons of Confederate Veteran's and they are having a family potluck.

Well I'm off to grab a bath and get ready for work. We have a new children's librarian starting today.

I also deleated all my gifs I'll have to find more.

] I started my weightloss journey July 29 and so far I've lost 4 lbs[

] Yea! This site has really been good for me. I am doing this weightloss for me but it always helps to have someone to be accountable to. Kat and 2Cute- have fun on your vacations. I know I'll have lost even more of the stubborn pounds by the time you guys get back.
Anyone else I've missed- Keep up the good work[

Well girls I'll tell you, as most of you know, I haven't had an awful lot to smile about lately, and even though I am dog tired, because I have run all day, I do have to say going to WI made me feel pretty good. I lost 7 pounds. Yes, that's right. 7 pounds! 7 pounds in 6 days. 7 pounds even though it's my tom. 7 pounds even though I had a bout on Friday with a big mac and some chicken McNuggets and they won. I am very grateful for this loss. I needed it. BAD And all the way home, I just kept thinking, I can't wait to tell my friends. Thanks for being there for me guys. I couldn't do this without you. I wouldn't even want to.

With that being said, I am on my way to bed. I am exhausted.

Greetings,

Well, the server didn't come up til late last night at home so I had to wait til this mornin to visit.

WI didn't go as well as I'd hoped. Gained 2 lbs.

I had a bit if a problem with fast food on Sunday. Ate it and damn, I wasn't even that hungry. Fie on the fast food devil!!

Then there was the Chinese buffet on Thurs. that I thought I could handle but I definately let my portion size get away from me.

Oh Well, Onward and Downward. It's a brand new week!

TINA: 7 lbs.! WOW!!!! I did that a couple of weeks ago. That'll give you a BIG BOOST!

Gotta get to work.
