I was wondering if any of you have tried or is on the Rotation diet. The diet where you eat 600/900/1200 cals during the course of three weeks. 600 cals the first three days, 900 the next four days, and then 1200 for a week and then repeat the 600/900 week. I just started it yesterday and I have lost two lbs as of this am. But I can't find anyone else who is on it or have tried it. Any info would be great!!
