I know how that feels. Now that I'm back in the swing of things, I look forward to going to the Y every weekday. I didn't make it today, and I feel disappointed about it. But rest is essential to good health too, and I'd had only 4 hours of sleep in the last 48. Staying home and getting extra sleep was the wiser choice.

Well I went monday, tuesday, not wednesday because of class/work, but I went thursday and then today after class. I went a total of 4 times this week and I'm really proud of that! Today was the 1st day that I wasn't really "into it." so I only did 30 min. on the treadmill but I did enough to break a sweat so for me that's good enough, especially since I'm just starting out again!
