Default Just a painful note!

OH. my. GOSH! i just got my butt BEAT by the monster that is the spinning machine.

it was my first time back to the gym at school and they got all new machines in replace of the old junky ones, including a spinning machine.

about a week ago I was saying how I didnt really break a sweat at the gym. ive heard how hard spinning machines are so i thought that would be a good idea.

i didnt realize HOW hard it was!!!!

basically my body feels like it is a piece of tissue paper! woo that was INTENSE.

but today i put on a pair of work pants that i haven't worn in a week and a half and i didn't have to pull them to button, they just buttoned!

i feel so good!

how's everyone else doing?

Awesome, great job sticking through the intense workout

Everything is great here! On track and hoping to stay that way!

Nice one .... It feels great after a hard workout ....

The buttoning bit sounds wonderful too ....

I am tentatively thinking of looking at some clothes that didn't fit quite so well recently... ....

I worked out harder than usual yesterday. Today I'm a bit sore where I've never really been sore before, which tells me I hit on some neglected spots. And I've got some tendintis going on in my left achilles, going to have to deal with that somehow. But it's working. You know, not too long ago I had to rely on a cane. Now I don't. I'm stronger and have somewhat better (although still not great) balance.
