I started out at 1800 with the intention of cutting down when I stopped dropping weight, I've slowed right down to 1lb per week but I haven't stopped loosing yet and I'm now under my goal weight.

Allocated 1500.. I eat back most of my exercise calories..

At the moment I am trying to shift a plateau so im alternating between 1200 and 1500 nett calories per day.

I eat 1200 - 1500 with a weekly average of 1300/day. I need to keep up with my average or I find that my most of my days are closer to 1500 than 1200.

Right now I'm trying to stay between 1200 and 1400. In the past I've eaten 1500 a day (with about 4-5 hours of exercise per week) and lost slowly... any more than that and I don't really lose.

I aim for 1200 a day figuring that gives me a little wiggle room. Have been at it for 4 days and try to make sure I hit at least that 1200 a day if not I wake up in the night hungry with a headache. Plus somewhere in the back of my mind I keep remembering being told below 1200 can seriously wreck your metabolism. Also this summer I tried 1700 and I had a hard time losing so I gave up - not cool!

I've been maintaining at around 2300, but to take off the 2-3 pounds I put on between Thanksgiving and New Years I'm sticking to 1800-2000.

I aim to exercise an average of an hour a day - but a lot of that is yoga, which is fairly gentle. Ahhhhhh, happiness, thy name is a long forward bend.
I recently dropped to 1550 calories daily, at 190lbs 5'2" - I expect to lose about a pound to a pound a half a week at that rate. I have one cheat day during which I eat mexican pig cookies and am allowed up to 2000 calories, so that mucks up the weekly average, but keeps me happy and on track.
Eventually, I expect I will either have to really amp up the cardio or cut my calories further, but right now if I went much lower than 1400 cals a day, someone would die. Horribly. And then be eaten.
