I feel better all ready!!! Mostly mental but that is what it is all about huh?
What I had to eat today..
1cup cream of wheat w/spoon full of sugarfree light strawberry jam..
1/2 cup of melon with 2oz low fat turkey
1 1/2 cups of rice with veggies with 2oz of turkey with about a TBLS of crumbles blue cheese
1/2 apple 2oz turkey
grilled chicken breast w/ steamed green beensw/mushrooms
That sounds like a lot huh? I started this plan about 4 months ago and have lost 30 pounds. I do exercise 5 times a week so that helps. Can't wat to get my eclipse....
