I don't know what my BMR is I forgot to ask the nutritionist when I saw her last week. I am 25 yrs old, moderately active, and 5'4 she told me not to eat any less then 1800 calories a day and to eat about 2000 calories a day. Ive been doing this for about 2 days now and the scale is moving down, I was expecting to gain weight. Im really happy about the 2000 calories a day since I can graze all day long.

I eat below my BMR. It's something like 1700+, and I eat anywhere from 1200-1400 calories when I'm not working out, more when I am. I feel like what I'm doing now I can do for a lifetime, so I think I'll be okay .
