Default Everyone Weigh in 11/20/09
It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 192.5, up two and half pounds from last week. My first gain in a while, and it's a big one. I suspect that some of it is from last week, I really wasn't expecting a loss and I think I might have just been dyhydrated or something. But, I obviously have to focus on getting back on track. Unfortunately, Thanksgiving is next week, and my food scale just died. Nooooo!

Down .4 to 169. Disappointed, but knowing that shoving not one but TWO brownies plus a chocolate chip cookie in my mouth was my own doing.

Finally broke my plateau! Down 3lbs this week. I upped my water intake, so I know some of that loss is water weight, but I am oh so happy to finally see the scale move!
