Massive kudos for this thread - what an excellent idea!
What can I do now that I couldn't three months ago?
- I can walk up flights (yes, plural!) of stairs without feeling like I'm going to collapse halfway
- I can sit on my kitchen chairs and pull both legs up so that my feet are also on the seat; I can also sit cross-legged on them
- I can curl up on my sofa/bed and cross my legs!
- I can cycle round with my bike in its highest gear and not gasp and switch down at the earliest opportunity
There's probably more but these were the ones that sprung to mind. Thank you, OP, for this thread. Counting your blessings is an excellent exercise
