Default 2 week no-scale vacation

Tuesday I decided I should take a break from weighing myself everyday. I physically took the scales (digital and my Wii step) and put them in my hubby's trunk. I told him I didn't want to see them till Nov. 11.
I hit a plateau for the past 2 weeks and would get depressed every morning when I didn't see a change. I put them away and decided to tweek my diet and fitness. So I won't know what the changes will do till the two weeks are up.
Its been hard these past couple days. First thought in the morning was "Gotta weigh myself to see if I lost." LOL today I actually forgot about it.

I think weighing every day will drive you insane! (Me at least!) Once a week is all I can handle, good for you for sending them on a vacation!

Ohhhh yeah, I so need to try that. I am sure that I am addicted to weighing every day and it def determines my mood for a couple of hours afterwards!!

I was doing great only weighing myself once a week. Thank people said they weigh every day so I got in the habit...it just depressed me and I was not really caring. But FINALLY I lost another 2lbs so starting today I will only weigh myself ONCE a week...I will hide the scale so it's not in the bathroom! lol! good luck!

I think I might have to hide the scales also! Putting them in hubbies trunk seems like a sure way to stay away from it!
