Tuesday I decided I should take a break from weighing myself everyday. I physically took the scales (digital and my Wii step) and put them in my hubby's trunk. I told him I didn't want to see them till Nov. 11.
I hit a plateau for the past 2 weeks and would get depressed every morning when I didn't see a change. I put them away and decided to tweek my diet and fitness. So I won't know what the changes will do till the two weeks are up.
Its been hard these past couple days. First thought in the morning was "Gotta weigh myself to see if I lost." LOL today I actually forgot about it.
