TOM is Time Of the Month, and HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training, which consists of having regular intervals of an exercise at high intensity, such as sprinting or anything that gets your heart rate WAY up, and having other intervals at lower intensities. It's supposed to help with losing inches, and makes a shorter workout count like a longer one, if that makes sense. It burns more calories.
