What are some of the acronyms that are used here? What do they mean?

I know that I keep seeing the acronym TOM, but I have no idea what that means. And HIIT. Are there more?

TOM is Time Of the Month, and HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training, which consists of having regular intervals of an exercise at high intensity, such as sprinting or anything that gets your heart rate WAY up, and having other intervals at lower intensities. It's supposed to help with losing inches, and makes a shorter workout count like a longer one, if that makes sense. It burns more calories.

ETA (edited to add): well, my goodness, aren't I late to the party? lol!

It took me ages to work out what/who Tom was, I thought that he was a cake delivery guy who visited everyone but me.
