same here, I do love my cheese as well, and there is an awful lot of cheese to love! But I do have to do the moderation bit.
Gary, you're heading in the wrong direction, fella!

you know what makes me really sad about cheese is that they make fat-free cheese, and it seems like such a good idea, but it just NEVER measures up to the real deal!

I try to be good w/ portion sizes when I'm making things with cheese, but somehow after i measure out what I need i'm always grabbing a little (umm or a lot) extra "just to taste"... yeah, like I don't know what it tastes like by now!

Fat-free cheese is an oxymoron! It is plastic faintly reminiscent of a cheese-like substance.
I would rather do without.

As for the CHEESE discussion above, fat free cheese is a great idea but I agree it's no cigar.. I have decided I am not buying a rice krispie box again for awhile.. I have been having the snack size rice krispies and they are evil for me tonight at least.. Will power will power.. Oh how I need you so.. I have had three or four or five I think... of those tonight. I've lost track that's bad yikes.. I just keep telling myself they are a point each in WW terms.. then they can't be that bad.. *Hangs head* I'm done though. I'm currently waiting on hubby to get back and let us finish watching House. Anyways have a good night!

What is it about going into the cold months that makes you crave lots of stodgy, srick-to-your-ribs warming stuff like soups and stews? Must be some sort of instinctual thing. I need to start looking into low-cal versions of the above if I'm going to survive this winter with a waist-line that curves in, not out!

Hey Salsa-chip , wat leuk. Waar woon jij dan?

Can we get some translation here? I'm guessing Dutch - looks similar to German and I can't quite grasp and am now very curious!

And it is sooooo not similar to German!
And we won't make a habit of spouting "foreign" on the site, just had to acknowledge our Dutchness.

Oh boy, a friend once told me that Dutch was "German Ebonics." Good thing he was on another continent, cos I nearly punched his lights out!
