Everyone Weigh in 10/16/09
 

It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 193.5, down 1 pound from last week. I'm getting more into the hang of the strict calorie counting, and it isn't such a drag as it was before. I think that might be because I've realized that I simply have to do it if I want to move in the right direction. And I simply refuse to ever go into the 200's again. Now, I'm starting of thinking of actaully moving closer to my real goal instead of worrying about hitting my breaking point.

My weigh in is 189.5 today!

Mine this morning was 210.....11 lbs till Onderland. Wish it would hurry up!

I am proud to say that I weighed in today at 182 pounds...when I hit 180 I will have lost a total of 150 pounds :D

1.8 pounds until my first 25 lb mini goal :)

Today I was 240.4, so thats 15lbs so far. Yay!

154 pounds today - so now lost 16lb and am 1 ounce off my next mini goal of dropping under 11 stone!

Down 5 pounds to 212.8. 13 more pounds until I see the magic number!

134.8 today--just trying to maintain now that I'm at goal.

MIne was 175.4 this morning. That makes a total of 18 lbs so far.

I weighed in this morning at 288.4 for a total of 27.2lbs!

My weigh in 2 days ago brought me 85 pounds lost but Today I was up a bit~Due to time of month is trying to end...LOL
