Yes, I agree with getting it checked out! When I started running (around your current weight) I never swelled up that bad... get thee to a doctor, just to be safe.

I just checked my salt intake for the last two weeks and since Sunday its been off the charts- I think this might have something to do with it- I had no idea I'd had that much salt- I'm talking almost triple my normal intake. I usually avg about 1000-1300mg a day and its been averaging over 3000mg since Monday, even though the rest of my calories/carbs/fats/proteins have been well within normal. I had no idea, I'm definitely going to switch my foodings around.

I bet that has alot to do with it.

Maybe, but I wouldn't chalk up pitting edema and 10 pounds to 3g of sodium a day.
