Pedometer?

Weigh in is tomorrow.. went over on my calories yesterday.. and probably another day or two this week. Not by a whole lot, but I still ate over. It's not even that I ate TOO MUCH, I just ate really calorie-rich foods :/. I really wanna see these last 3 lbs drop so I can reach my first 25 lbs goal.. !! I'm pretty sure it wont be this week,... but maybe next :)

ALSO, I want to get one of those pedometer things.. like the body bug or whatever. Where have you all gotten yours/how much were they?? Do you find that they help??

Thanks yall! :)

You can get very cheap pedometers at Wal-Mart, like $5-$8.

I'd really spring for something a bit better.

On sale right now for 24.85. I find if you spend just a bit more, they're more accurate and I like all the extra info.

look at the Gofitware...a little cheeper and available at Dicks sporting goods. I have a BB and bought it on sale from 24 hour fitness online store. also you may be able to find one on ebay...

I have this one! It's fantastic! All I care about is how many steps I'm walking and the distance I'm covering. I don't go by the calories as much. Maybe just to get an idea, but it's mostly the workout. I think it's great. The battery wears out after 6 months, but it's inexpensive to replace ($3 at walmart).

No idea about the BodyBugg or other such devices. Too much effort for me, personally. I prefer to use Fitday to record calories in and out. :)

I got mine on the internet it is made by oregon and cost less than $5.00, it has survived a trip thru the washing machine. and still works.

I have a sensewear. I really like it when I remember to wear it. But it was really expensive (around $400 with 6 month membership) So I do not recommend spending that much. The online site was a waste of money. After the first or second week the numbers are pretty consistent and there are so many free online food journals to justify paying for it.

thanks everyone :)! I think I might get one.. just to keep me aware of how much walking I'm doing or NOT doing, ha!
