Mostly size 18 pants and XL tops.

Depending on the brand some 18s are loose and some are too tight. I'm stuck in between the plus size dept and regular dept right now. Clothes shopping is frustrating at the moment, however I love that I'm close to a lot of new options.

Barb, I went through this awhile back and it's maddening for sure. Luckily it doesn't last too long, but being in size limbo is not easy!

The size differences here are amazing for sure. I think at least some of the difference is that some people like a loose, relaxed fit while others prefer a snug, body-skimming fit. I'm 5'11", 195 lbs and wearing a size 14 pant. I think I'll be ready for a 12 in another few pounds. My top is lagging behind because of my big girls (she says modestly), so I'm still mostly an XL with an occasional Large on top. I've gone from a 38G to a 36F, so I haven't lost a whole lot in the booby area.

i'm 5'9, 241lbs and I'm wearing a size 20 in pants. Tops are a nightmare with everything between a 14/16(Lane Bryant) or a 2(Torrid) to an XXL (old Navy)

Oh my God! I went to buy a new pair of jeans today and had some serious problems with sizes. At the Gap/Old Navy, I was a size 12 (a little snug, but no problem zipping at all). At New York and Company, a size 14 was uncomfortably tight! I don't understand!

I'm 5'4", 175.8 lbs as of today, and I'm hourglass shaped. I have no idea what size pant I really am, as I haven't bought new work clothes. I can still hold them up with a belt, and they're not uncomfortably big yet. I'm a M or a L shirt, depending on the brand. I wear a 38DDD bra, so the top is always a problem.

Wow!! The differences are incredible! I am 5'8" and wear size 14 pants and dresses and x-large tops. I have bought a couple of large skirts. I don't like things snug on me at all.

My main reason for losing weight besides health and self-confidence is clothes. Regular-sized clothes are better looking and more stylish and *sometimes* cheaper. Just depends on if it's designer or not. Also, bras are cuter in smaller sizes. I'm a DDD cup and probably will go down in cup size as I lose weight. I know the band size will go down.

I'm 6' and weigh 184. I wear a size 12 jeans and I can fit into size 12 dresses; however, my jeans are starting to feel loose, but when I try on a 10 I get nowhere near fitting into them.

5'10", 291, and just breaking into a size 20 with some 22s left over. Shirts are 18/20 or 2X or XXL. I'm a hulking (in a good way, in a Serena Williams bad *** powerful kinda way) 5'10" too, not a dainty or delicate 5'10".
