Everyone Weigh in 10/09/09

It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 194.5, same as last week. And glad to be, too. I was pretty certain that after such a big loss last week I would show at least a pound up this week. So I'm pleasantly surprised. And for the first time in a long time, I can honestly say that I'm looking forward to next week's weigh in.

241.8 this morning. I'm sorta not expecting to lose much this week because I'm eating on plan again. Last week, I was sick so my calories were low...I think that will affect this week's weight loss negatively. I guess I'll find out officially on wednesday...

208.2 I lost 1.4 this week. Super depressed.

175.8 this morning -- a loss of 3.2 lbs. I think that was a post-TOM whoosh.

Mine was on Wed - I lost 2 lbs down to 184

Weighed in at Dr's office this morning. 177.2 down from 197 in July.
