Good Lord, you're nursing? New baby, and all the stuff that goes with that, give yourself a break.
I don't think you need your butt kicked, I think you need to step back and take a breath, or 3 or 4.
When you are nursing, you need to watch what you eat so you don't upset the babe's tummy, that along with recovery from having the baby, pp depression, visitors, lack of sleep, yada, yada, blah, blah, blah, it's a lot to handle.
Just chillout, take a couple breaths, it will all workout.
I've been there done that, relax, stress is your worst enemy right now.
I had twin boys, full term, healthy babes, healthy ME, but it's a ton of stuff, hormone changes, lifestyle changes, more yada, yada, blah, blah, about 4 weeks after they were born, my hair fell out like chemo victim, it was horrid.
Just relax, it will be ok. They are 29 now, very healthy, successful, well educated, well rounded kids, enjoy it while you can.
