Default Will you provide my butt kicking, plz?

I've been super sad [wouldn't call it depressed, but in a major funk] and "gave up" for two days.

It's hard to get back on track. Fortunately, I haven't done any weight damage, other than the two days lost.

I have all my exercise gear. WiiFit, Fluidity bar, TurboJam...but I haven't touched them.

Part of me worries about losing weight "too fast" while nursing. Will my milk become toxic? How much is "too much"?

Support, suggestions and straight-forward butt-kicking appreciated.

Good Lord, you're nursing? New baby, and all the stuff that goes with that, give yourself a break.

I don't think you need your butt kicked, I think you need to step back and take a breath, or 3 or 4.

When you are nursing, you need to watch what you eat so you don't upset the babe's tummy, that along with recovery from having the baby, pp depression, visitors, lack of sleep, yada, yada, blah, blah, blah, it's a lot to handle.

Just chillout, take a couple breaths, it will all workout.

I've been there done that, relax, stress is your worst enemy right now.

I had twin boys, full term, healthy babes, healthy ME, but it's a ton of stuff, hormone changes, lifestyle changes, more yada, yada, blah, blah, about 4 weeks after they were born, my hair fell out like chemo victim, it was horrid.

Just relax, it will be ok. They are 29 now, very healthy, successful, well educated, well rounded kids, enjoy it while you can.

LoL. Eli is almost 4 months old, and he's #4. This is kind of old hat for me. Aside from a short bought of PPD [which was promptly and successfully treated], it's been smooth sailing and I'm ready to get back to business. I'm determined to hit 199 by Christmas...just another 18 pounds...

But I can't get the motivation.

Oops, my bad.
Congrats!

having no more kids after Art and Dale, (aka, Artndale and that other kid, that was always with us, a funny family story), consider yer butt kicked by a good ole western Nebraska, redneck girl, git off yer butt and "get er done"
