Default No chocolate = weight loss!

Who would have thunk?

I have not had any chocolate in 8 days and I finally had a good weight loss this week. I knew I was eating some chocolate, but I think I underestimated it. I have replaced the chocolate with sugar free gum when I really want some.

Just think how much more I could have lost by now if I had quit sooner.

haha I rarely eat chocolate. I read it thinking "That's it! That's what's keeping me from losing weight!" Then I really thought about it. I don't eat chocolate, like ever.


NEW Mini Goals:
Thanksgiving- GW: 215 lbs.
Christmas- GW: 205 lbs.
Valentines Day-GW: 195 lbs.
Easter!-GW: 180 lbs.

One for every 5 lbs lost:
I started (again) on september 7th, 2009. Starting at 235 big ones. Good Luck to me!!!
