For me, my motivation was wanting to be able to breathe when I walked. To be healthy. To not be morbidly obese any longer. To be able to see my feet. To be able to put my own shoes on. To no longer be on medication. To live my life and not just merely be alive(barely).

You have to decide that now is the time for you to take back control of your life and your health and know that you deserve to do it now and not wait another minute. Every minute, hour, day that passes by without you taking the steps, of not finding the "motivation" to do so, is just bringing you closer to not living at all.

Decide a plan for yourself now. Commit to that plan 150% now. Believe in yourself now.

First of all, listen to Onederchic. That girl knows her stuff and I wholeheartedly agree.

Think of it this way: Do you want to feel like you do right now 1 week from now? Or 1 month? Or one year?
Or do you want to feel, look, live better for the rest of your life? It's hard to take that first step when you're making a decision to change your life. And don't downplay that. That's what you're doing. You're changing your life. But it's going to be for the better. Just take every minute, every hour, every day a little bit at a time.

As for exercise, sometimes, it's easier to just commit to 5-10 minutes a day. I find that no matter how bad I DO NOT WANT to exercise, if I can push myself to just do 5-10 mins, once I get going, I usually end up doing 30-45.

You can do this. And we're all here for you along the way. Check out the goals before & after pics for motivation, too. That always helps me out
