First of all, listen to Onederchic. That girl knows her stuff and I wholeheartedly agree.
Think of it this way: Do you want to feel like you do right now 1 week from now? Or 1 month? Or one year?
Or do you want to feel, look, live better for the rest of your life? It's hard to take that first step when you're making a decision to change your life. And don't downplay that. That's what you're doing.
You're changing your life. But it's going to be for the better. Just take every minute, every hour, every day a little bit at a time.
As for exercise, sometimes, it's easier to just commit to 5-10 minutes a day. I find that no matter how bad I DO NOT WANT to exercise, if I can push myself to just do 5-10 mins, once I get going, I usually end up doing 30-45.
