I want to read some books about positive thinking - not necessarily weight loss books.. but books about how to deal with negative thoughts. Books that build me up mentally.
I have read:
Body for Life
Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle
Body Sculpting Guide for Women
The above seems to have some good things about dealing with negative thoughts & goal setting, etc. But now I want more. I want good books that deal with positive thinking & the mind.
Do you have a good book that you have read that deals with this? I would love for you to share it please!
