Default my weight loss, a journey to finding me

i should lose about 100 pounds but i'd be tickled with 60 or 70, even 50 would be wonderful. i actually like having my curves, just not being so big.

i'm not looking for perfection here, just better health, body satisfaction and to get rid of some of my emotional baggage.

You are approaching this with an excellent attitude. The perfectionistic attitude has brought down many a chickie, so your goals of better health, body satisfaction and reduction of emotional baggage are very sensible and achievable. Congratulations on getting your head in such a good place. I look forward to getting to know you and cheering you on!

Congratulations! Setting a goal of 10% weight loss because I had heard such good reports on the health benefits of doing that much is what got me on track. You go girl!
