I'm curious about both of these books. I haven't read either, and I'm looking to invest in just one. Has anyone personally read these? I would appreciate any feedback you have, and which you would consider a better resource. Thank you for your time. I look forward to your opinions.
Can you check them out from your library? Eat to Live came first and it is very good. I would recommend either but I think Eat for Health is an expanded version.
