I am trying not to snack!! I have already had all my calories for the day! No more!
I was doing so good with my calorie counting until vacation when I was more lax. I gained back about 3lbs (it is gone now) but I am finding it hard to get myself back on track to eat my allotted calories. I was finding it to be so easy! I can't let myself fall off this wagon. I am back in school (nursing student) in 3 weeks. If I don't get back on track now, it will be so much harder while I am a full time student.
