Default Workout Cards

Anyone know of a web site where I can create workout cards (for weight training) that includes the reps, sets, and maybe even pictures so that I could take them to the gym with me?

I don't have any free suggestions, but if you go to Amazon and search for workout cards you will get a bunch of deck options. I have this one:

Also, you might want to subscribe to Self magazine. They put tear-out cards in every issue. I've been collecting them and I have a nice stack to pick and choose from!

Thanks. I'm actually doing the 28-day body shapeover, and I wanted to put all the workouts on cards with pictures so I don't have to take the whole book to the gym. I might have to play around in Word or something.

Amy, that's awesome! I just bought her book (not that it was recommended or anything, I just picked it at random at the book store) and I made little index cards for the workout I created after reading her book. But I still have to refer to certain pages because I forget how some of the exercises are done. I'll have to order these! How cool! Thanks for sharing.
