But there are often so many questions about how people count losses and about people worrying about daily fluctuations I though I would share my actual data.
I'm posting my weekly (aka "official") weight loss, as well as the daily numbers I keep track of just because I can
. Any time you see a straight horizontal line in the daily graph it's because I didn't have daily numbers for that. I didn't write down my daily numbers for the first few weeks, and last week I was out of town at a conference so wasn't able to weigh daily.
I like these sorts of graphs because I can see how my body reacts. The daily chart tells me what a high-sodium dinner might do to me. The weekly chart shows me how my TOM can influence the weight loss I'm seeing on the scale.
