Default Weight Loss Web Resources

I was thinking - let's put together all our favourite weight loss web resources - websites which, for one reason or another, help you towards your weight loss goals.

3FC is the obvious one, of course - this community has done so much to help me and so many others.

But I also love this site - http://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php , in which you type your weight, height, calories and activity, and then it estimates when you'll reach your goal and shows your estimated weight loss, week by week. So inspiring!

I also love http://www.youtube.com as you can search for free exercise programmes - search for Tracy Anderson, Gunnar Peterson, David Kirsch, etc. and you can get free programmes!

I second www.sparkpeople.com

Also, I recently found and LOVE www.neversaydiet.com some great articles. Connects you to facebook so you can invite/share things, and also manages to be health conscious AND size positive.

and thanks for posting that losertown link! That is great and has me right on target for my goal of 152 by june 2010.

HungryGirl.com. Even though I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, I like that they have low-cal versions of treats for special occasions.

I love the losertown link! It actually made me decide to stick to calorie counting, instead of just trying to watch what kind of food and portion sizes I am eating. According to their calculations, I could be the size I want in enough time for my wedding in October 2010.
