I want to tell all my supporters here...I broke the plateau..(if only for a day) with calorie shifting! (see my post calorie tip website)
1700 on day, 1200-1300 next, then 1900 yesterday. Scale dropped .8 lbs. (176.8 was my constant low)
i actually saw the number 176.0--so close to 175! which is 5 lbs to minigoal!!! These are my last 10 daily weights!
