Every 6 lbs i get a mini plateau that lasts for perhaps 2 weeks; how disconcerting. I'm in 1 now; i got my weight down to 198 but since its been between 199 and 202 and just having fun at my expense jumping around.
And my stomach looks fatter; although the measurements haven't gone up - maybe im bloated.
This has happened to me. For me, it was due to me having went lax in keeping up with my calorie count, believing I could guesstimate and be on track. Boy was I wrong, lol.
Stay strong and focused and you'll get through this
Everyone loses weight in patterns. I would, for almost my entire journey, stay the same or nearly the same weight all month, then drop whatever weight I was going to drop for the month in days 3-5 after my period ended...a big whoosh. Now you know the pattern, so don't let it get you down if you're still on plan...just keep going and know that, most likely, it'll go back down again soon.
