I gotta tell you though, looking at this list, there is not one "substantial", decent, nutrient rich item here. Not a one.
Let's look at it this way. You passed up:
Fat, oil, grease
Probably shortening and/or margarine and/or lard
Sugar
Preservatives
Massive quantities of Sodium
Deep Fried Foods'
Artificial goo
Simple Carbs
Monsodium glutamate
Bottom line - you've done yourself a big favor. In soooo many ways.
