Default Anyone following a "nutritarian" plan?

Nutritarians focus on high-nutrient vegetation to improve health dramatically. You do not need to exclude animal products but they should consist of 10% or less of your diet.

I started this WOE about 9 wks ago and I've lost 21 lbs and my blood work results have improved greatly. I've been reading Dr. Fuhrman's book "Eat to Live". I feel really feel great and I think this is one program I'll be able to stick with. A couple of years ago I lost 50 lbs on the Jenny Craig program but that was all about portion control and counting calories. I felt like I never had enough to eat. Consequently, I gained all the weight back once I stopped the program. Now I can eat all the vegetables, fruit and beans I want.

Anyone else?
