Talking Thank you oh Gracious Scale!

lol...

I know it's not really the scale. It can't arbitrarily pick my weight (althouth sometimes I like to blame it's finicky style on that)

it's my hard work, eating better, doing cardio, strength training that allowed me to see the scale read

178.4!!! This morning Yay! I really feel I am out of the 180s now!!!

Jen, I saw the title of this thread and I'm already to go into a whole song and dance and type out how the scale has nothing, absolutely NOTHING to do with showing you a lower number. It's all up to you. You're the one who dictates what that thing says. You. You. And YOU. Your choices. Your decisions. Your work. Your dedication. But then I saw what you wrote in the post, not just the title and I figured I didn't NEED to go into the whole song and dance. .... Oh, but wait ... I just did. Ooops.

Great going. You just keep on going and going and going and that *scale* will keep on lowering and lowering and lowering.
