Even if this is 100% true I would still never follow the example of someone who doesn't eat breakfast. My husband doesn't eat breakfast either and he's naturally thin blah blah blah but I don't condone it and I don't think it's a healthy habit. We're talking about HEALTHY people here, not naturally thin folks - those people will eventually gain weight with age.

My boyfriend is thin as well. He usually eats one giant meal a day. I would never follow what he does. Thin doesn't mean healthy.

Don't worry over it. Just because he's thin, doesn't mean it's because he skips breakfast. Maybe he's thin in spite of skipping breakfast. There are a million and one factors that go into it.

talking about guy, i wonder maybe they all have the same habbit ? lol cuz my dear bf who is also thin and muscle does pretty much exact the same thing:
- he loves pepper.
- he doesn't have sweet tooth. He can eat 1-2 but then he'll stop because he doesn't like them.
- he loves water and green tea. He drinks alllll day. I picked up the habit of drinking water from him.
- he doesn't like fast food. He likes to eat fresh food. Actually, he hates fast food
- he only eats when he's hungry. Other than that, he snacks on ... water ...!! (sometimes 1 or 2 pieces of fruits).

love this thread btw

great thread!

bf is thin and eats devil dogs and chocolate EVERY DAY, though he actually eats more veggies and less red meat after being with me.

one thing I have noticed with him, he's very active aside from daily exercise, always moving around doing something physically. (I'm much more of a lounger!)

Yeah...my friends dh is naturally thin. Make that skinny. He is 6'4 and I think weighs <150lbs ( not sure).

6 months ago he got his cholesterol tested as part of a major workup when he started experiencing chest pains. His cholesterol is 300.

Skinny yes, healthy no.
