Best time!
IMHO, during WEIGHT LOSS, once a week at the same time in the same clothes. Exactly when is up to you. I weigh in at my WW meeting on Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm. Does this mean I am at my lowest weight for the week? Probably not, but I am CONSISTENT with my routine, and really , weight is RELATIVE in terms of the tiny ups and downs.
During WEIGHT MAINTENANCE, I plan to weigh once a day in the morning before breakfast. Keeping a grip on my daily weight, I think, will let me really get a grip on the minor trends before they become major issues.
