If I have always forgot to sub to them?

Is there a way? Do I just find "myself" and click on "other posts by me".?

Is there a way to auto sub to any posts?

Click on your user name next to any of your posts. A little menu will open - click "Find all posts by <username>". That'll take you to all of your posts.

If you want to automatically subscribe to all threads you post in, you can do that on your Options page (under "Messaging & Notification" --> "Default Thread Subscription Mode"). It will only apply to those you post in from now on, not older ones too.
