Thanks for the suggestion, Peggy. I was actually thinking that I might start a blog but I don't know that I have anything different to say from any other blogger and it's not like I have some fantastic story like other posters here do. "Middle-aged lady loses 34 pounds in six months! Read all about it!" LOL. But I wonder if it might not help ME, like you said....because if I lose my groove, I want to be able to remember what I was doing and feeling when I WAS in my grove.

Hmmmm. Something to think about, for sure.

I think that is a great idea! I think you are probably more unique than you think and when you manage to maintain your loss year after year you will be very, very unique in the world. Folks here are the exception to the rule including you! And regardless if no one but you ever reads it, YOU will get the benefits.

Hope today feels a little better.
