I'm aiming for 200 pounds by September 7th. I currently weigh 236. I'm sure I can do it or come very close although I may need earplugs between now and then to silence the people who tell me I shouldn't try for more than 1 or 2 pounds per week. I can do this!
I use stickk.com to log my progress. I started at June 1st at 201.7lbs ~ currently am 195.7lbs. My goal is to be at 175 by September 7th through the website. It breaks down things week by week. I recommend the site.

I don't see why you can't. You still have 2 1/2 months! I lost 50 in my first 3 months...............but the pace will eventually slow as you get down closer to your goal. Make sure you get plenty of rest, take vitamins and keep moving. Its sounds so silly, but it works! Good luck to you, I'll be pulling for ya!
