Hi everyone, we are celebrating my son's birthday today. I made a cake last night that's currently sitting in the fridge covered with lovely white icing and probably packing a few thousand calories a slice, and since yesterday I've been alternating between craving a huge slice and already feeling guilty for wanting some. Well, this AM I got on the 3fc forums, started reading some of your success stories, and guess what....I don't even want the cake anymore!!!!! Seeing all of your before/after pics and reading through success stories have totally blasted that craving!!!! I always say, when I start to lose focus, I come back here and get totally motivated. Now I'm going to go exercise!!!!!!!
