I tread lightly with inches. I've lost a couple in my waist this month and an inch from my arms. But hips and thighs don't budge - that's what I get for being a pear shape I guess.
What mostly frustrates me is that I don't know where to place the tape measure. I measure once a week and if I move it just one bit up on my upper thigh I get a higher reading than if I place it a smidgeon lower. How can I know where to place the measuring tape correctly??
