Last nights work out kicked my butt. I did a whole bunch of Denise Austin dvds. Her perkiness used to annoy me but now I like her cheeriness.
Today was a good day. Got up early and went to work. I did need coffee, regular brewed coffee, it was so early..I resisted the half n half though!
So I ate a good lunch and did not stuff my face like I normally do when I get home from work with salt and vineger chips. In fact, they sound kinda gross now. That's a good sign. I filled up on veggies and chicken and brown rice for dinner. My fiance wanted white rice but I put my foot down tonight. It's getting late and I still havn't worked out, so I think I will go and do that. I am so glad I found this site because there has been so many times that I have started over on my dieting because I have failed a few days in it. This forum has got me all excited and motivated. I will definetly be on here everyday! Can't wait for my weightloss ticker!
